Ready to explore. A shot of the hotel lobby. Mark in the lobby. Minutes after checking in we went out to dinner at a local restaurant.  I can't remember the name at the moment but It'll come back to me. Sliced pork with carrot sculptures.  The presentation was amazing! Some of us went for foot massages after dinner.  This photo was taken at 1am. The market.   Lots of clothes and fabrics to choose from. Mark hangin' out in the market. I decided to try a couple of things on.  Mark on the restaurant patio of  The Hang Pu river.  This is  the most important shipping artery in Shanghai.  It divides Shanghai into two parts, east and west. This menu had interesting subtitles. Another shot of the Hang Pu river.  It is 114 kilometers (71 miles) long, 400 meters wide and has an average depth of nine meters (30 feet). A self portrait at 18 On the Bund. A shot of our hotel (Westin Shanghai) from the freeway. The Oriental Pearl TV Tower.  This  tower has many features including 3 observatory levels and a 20-room hotel called the Space Hotel. Mark at Yu Garden. Yu Garden is one of China's oldest gardens (1577). Managed to track down some long lost family members. Hmmm...... interesting. A night shot of Shanghai from the car. We had an amazing dinner at the Mei Long Zhen restaurant. This was my favourite item on the menu (999).   I think something got lost in translation. Faye Chen (Zegna Shanghai) translating.  The initial menu was only in Mandarin. Beautiful design work. Hangin' at the nightclub.
